SPECIAL: Food to try in NYC Koreatown

I don’t know about you, but when I am traveling the most exciting part is eating! If you are heading to NYC for the first time and not sure where to go for food, here is a list of the food & places I had while in Koreatown. All of these were delicious and its no wonder they are so popular.

1. A authentic experience of Kbbq at Kang Ho Dong restaurant with a special side of eggs, corn, cheese and soju! It is also a  popular place for celebrities to visit, who knows you might run into one while bbq’ing.

2. If you step into Food Gallery 32 food court, you will find a variety of popular Korean dishes that you’ve always dream of eating (if you watch  lots of Kdramas). I had Tteokbokki, fish cake, Bungeoppang and special boba tea serve in a lightbulb!

3. For Dessert, I had shaved ice cream at Caffe Bene. If I had to choose between mango or strawberry, strawberry was more delicious!

4. The highlight of the trip was definitely our delicious late night meal- spicy chicken feet and stir fry pork from Ttang cho hot food. It taste best when you pair them with Cass beer and rice wine from H-Mart!
